An exciting overland journey towards Nepal Mid-West to Pokhara, a famous tourist city of Nepal, blessed with natural beauty. Located on the laps of green hills and Annapurna Himalaya range with majestic Machhapuchare Himal/Fish Tail peak. From Pokhara adventure begins heading to the foothills of Annapurna Himalaya, and then walking uphill through nice farm villages.

Climb leads through an enchanting forest of rhododendron, oaks, and pine trees all the way to Ghorepani. The highest overnight stop at 2,885 m is situated on a high hill amidst a beautiful rhododendron forest, beneath famous Poon Hill. Next early morning an hour hike to the top of Poon Hill at 3,210 m, offers striking sunrise views. Reflecting on 360° wide panorama of Mid-Western Himalayas, from Dhaulagiri, Nilgiri, Annapurna, and Manaslu, as far towards Ganesh Himal.

From Ghorepani and Poon Hill, walk leads on an alternative scenic route to Ghandruk, one of the largest Gurung villages. Gurung the main tribes of the Annapurna Region, interwoven to Buddhism religion of age-old culture, a lovely village for an overnight stop. After Ghandruk walks to the main road-head through nice Bhirethati village, where a few hour's drive takes back at Pokhara.

Spending last overnight at a scenic and picturesque city in Pokhara, and then heading down south to Chitwan National Park. Enjoy an exciting time with a jungle safari, and an elephant ride on the lookout for wild animals and exotic birdlife.

Best time for Nepal Panorama Tour and Trekking

For these lovely interesting tour and treks, can visit nearly all seasons of the year, except for wet monsoon times from June to August months.
However, the best seasons are in spring, autumn/falls from March to May, September to November, as well in the wintertime of December to February months.

Springtime is livelier around the green hills of southern Annapurna Himalaya with wildflowers in bloom, especially rhododendron the national flower of Nepal. In the spring season from March to May, days are mostly clear for views and walks, higher areas cold in the morning and night time.
