I hold a very high bar in terms of the level of service, expertise, professionalism and value for money I expect. Dipak, the owner of Trekking Planner, and his team far exceeded my expectations. We were group of 20 booked the Everest Base Camp with helicopter return. From the moment I made my first inquiry with Dipak, I knew I had made the right decision. I extensively researched and reached out to numerous companies both in the US and locally in Nepal. Unlike other companies, Dipak was extremely responsive throughout the process, patiently answering questions and providing expert recommendations based on my personal preferences and goals. Every aspect of the program was extremely well organized and executed flawlessly from start to finish.
Our trekking guide, Abhishek and assistant guides FT, Diksha,Sumam,Ranjan,Thu Kadai were truly exceptional and went above and beyond to make our trek a dream come true. Abhishek was absolutely meticulous about ensuring every small detail was taken care of from start to finish and was incredibly caring and thoughtful – continually checking in on us and constantly motivating us with his positivity and upbeat attitude He provided invaluable guidance on every aspect of our trek ranging from food recommendations to dressing appropriately for the changing weather conditions.
I can’t recommend Trekking Planner highly enough. I’m someone who has extremely high standards and Dipak and his team far exceeded our expectations. Trekking Planner truly sets the benchmark others should strive for with deep expertise is based on years of accumulated experience. I was so impressed with their level of customer service and expertise. I will continue to recommend them and make them my go-to guide service for any travel in the region.

Trekking Planner did immaculate job in planning itinerary, reservations of tea houses with clean facilities, providing best guide and porter. Our guide Debansh provided very professional, intelligent and caring guidance through out the trip. He was diligent in watching for any health issues or quality issues and was great in pace setting while on trek.
His reading and estimates to plan each day was right on clock.
Our porter was Prajal Rowt, very courteous porter.
Trekking planner provided great customer service in handling Lukla flight changes due to weather conditions. Deepak was very resourceful in getting us back up heli rides in time as mush as possible.

Overall superb experience

This was my second trip with Trekking Planner (the first was the EBC trek) and I'm certain I'll be booking more. Dipak and his team were so thoughtful and made me feel well taken care of throughout the entire trip. My guide was great about listening to my interests and modifying the itinerary to better suit them. Bhutan is SO beautiful and the accommodations each night were wonderful. The Bhutanese people are so kind and always made me feel welcome. I hope to visit again some day!

I had a wonderful experience with Trekking Planner. As a solo female traveler, I felt compelled to spend a lot of time researching different trekking companies and ultimately selected Trekking Planner because of the care and diligence that is evident in choosing their guides, the additional trainings that their guides undergo, and the general responsiveness of the team regarding my inquiries. I was scheduled to complete the EBC/Gokyo trek, however due to coming down with an illness, completed EBC with Kala Patthar and then chose to trek back to Lukla. While there were some slight hiccups along the way, Pemba Sherpa, Pasang Sherpa, and my porter were supportive and knowledgeable, and the communication with the team back in Kathmandu was exceptional. I was always afforded a private room in the teahouses, which was really nice as they become very busy the closer you get to Gorakshep, and the staff at each location was stellar. It is evident that Dipak and his team care deeply about the well-being of their clients and the little added touches before, after, and along the way male you feel cared for and prioritized. I plan to come back with my partner to complete the Gokyo leg next year and wouldn't hesitate to book with this company again.

I highly recommend this company. Our group of 20 just finished trekking Everest Base Camp with them and was extremely impressed and satisfied with their service. There staff made us feel like apart of their family and catered to all our needs. It is extremely difficult to satisfy 20 people but they did a wonderful job. Highly recommend them for your future adventures and personally would hire them again when I decide to return.

I have had an opportunity to trek to EBC with a group of friends and Trekking Planner as our guide. I am glad that our team leader chose Trekking Planner as a guide. The entire team was thorough, knowledgeable, supportive, and super helpful. They ensured that every one of us our large group succeeds, and we did. The main guide, lead guide, and all the assistant guides went above and beyond for everything and ensured we are well taken care of every step of the way.

I/we wanted to hike Nagkartshang peak at 16677 ft prior to EBC and they ensured that we did. During our final trek to EBC, entire team including porters joined the team to ensure we reached to the EBC. After EBC, some of us wanted to go to Kala Patthar at 18,297 ft next day early AM, and they again ensured that we did that.

I can’t thank them enough for this life changing event. They were SUPERB and EXCELLENT. I highly, highly recommend Trekking Planner your next adventure.

I enjoy a wonderful solo trip with my guide Mishra!! Even though I’m solo trip, even though I’m a girl, but I totally enjoy and feel safe all the times!! Without the guide and porter, I can’t reach the top!! Thanks for their arrangements!!
