This was my first time booking a trip with a tour company and I am so glad it was with Trekking Planner. Dipak is so responsive and handled all the details so I didn't have to worry about a thing.

I did the EBC trek solo and I am so lucky to have had Sudip as my guide. He took such good care of me and checked in with me everyday to see how I was feeling and to give me briefings for the next day. As a solo traveler, I was worried I might not have good rapport with my guide, but Sudip is so friendly and fun to talk to that he made what could have been an ok experience into a great one. I didn't realize how good I had it until I met many other people along the trek who had a difficult time communicating with their guides and asking questions.
Any time we ran into problems along the trail that were outside of Sudip or Trekking Planner's control, Sudip was always quick to find a solution.

Nepal is about mountains and people. We were fortunate enough to choose Trekking Planner and have had an excellent experience. Binod, our guide, was outstanding in his leadership and he was ably supported by our two porters Thaman and Aitaman. In the round we four adventurers bonded so well with this Nepalese team that we felt like one family. Binod lead from the front, was full of enthusiasm for the mountains and we could feel his experience: we were in good hand and such was his prescience he even organised good weather when it really mattered. Our trek (Manaslu Circuit) was never dull, full of interesting views (up to the summits and down into the precipitous gorges). We took loads of pictures. Our crossing of the Larke Pass (5106m) was hard work but views were stunning throughout that day: not a bad effort from four oldies with an average age in the 60s. We would highly recommend Trekking Planner and would like to thank Dipak, Binod, Thaman and Aitaman for delivering such a memorable experience.

I went for a EBC trekking trip organized by Trekking Planner weeks before.

Before the trip, we raise a number of questions and concerns to Mr Dipak from time to time. He always responds fast with precise answers. He is easy-going, flexible and can provide good advice for our trip.

Our guides are FT and Ranjan. Both are professional and responsible. They are also knowledgeable, keep telling us the names of the mountains surrounding and provide useful info about the trek. When we encounter any issue during the trip, like not feeling well due to high altitude sickness, they can act fast, provide appropriate advice, offer help and finally settle the problem. They also cheer us up throughout the trip. We are lucky to have guides like them.

I would like to express my sincere thanks to our three porters. Every time when we arrive at the lodge, we can see that all our backpacks have been placed in our rooms. They are so nice and always wear smiling faces. Without their support, it is impossible to complete the EBC trekking.

I would like to express my special thanks to FT too. He always leads us with appropriate walking pace. He observes everyone in the group closely and actively offers help for those in need. He always reminds us to drink water, eat more food for energy and take necessary rest. We feel safe, comfortable and gain confidence in achieving our goal. When we have specific requests, like the lodge room arrangement, WiFi, hot showers....etc, he always tries his best to fulfill our need. I deeply appreciated for his support and help throughout the whole EBC journey.

For my next Nepal trekking trip, FT should be the guide again with no other choice.

Booked with Trekking Planner to do the Manaslu Circuit on the recommendation of a friend who did Annapurna Base Camp with them last year and had a brilliant time. We were met at the airport and transported to our hotel where we were met by the owner Dipac who had as briefed and sorted with kit in short order. We had the same guide, Binod who is a lovely and cheerful man. Very knowledgeable, very perceptive and always ready to offer help and advice when needed. He keeps a sharp, but low key eye on his group and will slow the pace to suit all of the party members or move a little quicker if all is going well. He had plenty of excellent advice on preparing for altitude and he was thorough with the blood O2 checks. He is very well known on the circuit and was greeted cheerfully wherever he went. Paperwork and chekpoints were all handled smoothly and professionally. His support of the group at the end of each day was great too and the evening card games were a highlight for me. I learned and got thrashed at 3 new games! We had 2 excellent porters, Thaman and Aitaman who were also amazing and always ready with a cheery greeting and a smile. They handled the baggage with care and made sure it was there to greet you in your room at the end of the day. It was nice to have them join in the card games in the evening as well and made for a very included and intimate experience all round. I cannot recommend the company enough if you a thinking of visiting Nepal.

Having just finished the Manaslu circuit trek I wanted to recommend Trekking Planner as a fantastic company to go with.
Dipak personalised our itinerary and was constantly flexible to accommodate changes throughout the three weeks we spent in Nepal. As a group of four older clients (57 - 67 yrs) we were very aware it was going to be tough. However our guide Binod was positive and encouraging. He was full of energy and a joy to be with. He communicated clearly the outline of each day and what was important, organising the food and accommodation at the tea houses, as well as being on hand at all times to sort anything we needed. Binod's super power was getting to know us very fast as individuals and as a group. He was able to tell quickly by reading our faces what we needed as we faced some challenging days. We trusted him implicitly as he gently trained us up for the big successful day over the pass (lots of sleep, keep it steady and drink lots of water!) Binod has been amazing! I feel I have made a friend after the hours we have spent together chatting about Nepal and learning so much about his culture. He was a mine of information about so many things. I must not forget to mention our two porters; Thamen and Aitaman, they worked tirelessly to carry our bags, always smiling and cheerful whenever we saw them, as well being really helpful at the tea houses. I have had a fantastic trekking experience. Thank you Binod, Thaman and Aitaman.

The trip was well organised keeping in mind the comfort of kids. Changes in the plan were nicely accommodated. Guides drivers all are excellent. Decent hotels were also provided. Overall must recommended planners to go with

We had another great trek with trekking planner! I have trekked 3 times with them in Nepal and everytime Dipak and everyone in the company have been extremely helpful and everything has been well organised! Our guide was Ananta and he did a great job in supporting us and making sure we could do everything we wanted despite some challenges. We were able to go to Everest Base Camp, Chola Pass and Gokyo Ri. If you want to do the EBC trek or something similar then I would definitely recommend Trekking planner and Ananta because they are so well organised, professional and supportive. Thank you!
